The Importance of Structured Prayer

Father Jason is working with me on praying the Eastern hours and right now I'm just doing one or two a day. But you talked about how some prayers are like prayers of battle and we kind of contrasted that with maybe what Lexio Divina does. Could you share that with those who maybe don't yet have a structured prayer life and why they might want to adopt one? Yeah. We're using God's words and their power to proclaim them.
