Dung shaw ping came under suspicion by mow. He retires from all of his official positions in 19 66, kind of hoping to avoid the worst of the purges that are to come. His son is very, very tragically, is struggled against by the red guards. And so after mow's death in the fall of 19 76, dungshaping works hi, the connections that he'd laid the groundwork for there in the early seventies. By ni end of 19 78, he comes back into power. Uh, and is able to start developing what what he's best known for: first stuzing the country after cultura moved on too fast.
