The Importance of Institutions in Politics

CNN's John Sutter created a quiz to help people figure out where they fall on the institutional spectrum. It was inspired by an article he wrote about how politics today has flipped in favor of institutions, and against them. He says that if you took these quizzes before, you could very clearly find like-minded people based on this. They were pretty effective. But it just doesn't work anymore.
