Single Family Rentals - Is That a Good Investment?
Real estate investing, at least the way that i consuptualize it has to be a business. The way i look at it is, single family rentals is what appeals to my brain. It's just a simple pianel and help me out here. So, right. So imbedded in there, basically was buying in a discount, which makes sense, gos back to your quotaof get creative. But in there, you said, maybe prices are going to go down. Maybe i can get a good deal. I have some pricing control over rent. So it seems as if it would be trending in both of those ways, potentially because you have options and essence.
