This is really deep high level work on your own ADHD. It's so individual both to the task at hand and how your ADHD is manifesting. We will just elevate those expectations to again, that hard email becomes this perfect email or the perfect response or the complete response. To think about what is an iterative process here that I can kind of get it out, get it back. And back and forth that I can engage with this thing with more than me and my brain right now.
