The Power of Execution

When you think back to those first projects before you formally applied, what were the skills or what was the skill that was coming through from you at that time? That was going to be a good sign that you would be a great product leader. And I think that these are the same skills that I look for today when I'm hiring product managers and like what I see in the best PMs. One is someone who wants to do sort of what's best for the company. Second thing is simplifiers. A very rare skill among people.
