The Effects of Ultra-Processed Foods on Children

In France, there is a project to put a black square around Nutri-Scar. We have to agree at European level or at the national level what is the definition of ultra-processed food. Lubin is very powerful by this larger agro-food industry company, Mutinational. They will fight very hard to prevent that we can have labelling about the degree of processing on food. I think it will take a very, very long time.
