The Importance of Efficiency in Social Security

There are three percent administrative costs versus 15 percent- That's like the kid that's running for class president is like every Friday, we're throwing a pizza party. He's gonna get everybody's vote. But so how can your popular is not a way to qualify something? If I, if I went out to a high school, I say, guys, I'm giving dime bags to everybody. We'd, I'd be very popular. Well, that is a wrong way to qualify. It kept two thirds of our elderly out of poverty. Nobody's arguing that benefits. That's not the argument. The argument is originally when it came out, it wasn't for the bigger percentage.
