i'm trying to give them the atonomy to start thinking really as designers. They inovate and sometimes come on with great ideas that i've not thought about before. And they share with me these ideas about how they manipolate house constries, and i never thought of as welld i learn from them too. I teps people going agos, and i brings people back to the wy question, why are we doing this? It's so powerful. Mit i gree. But what you speak to there is the point about how people pass it on. That's exciting and interest thing.
