There is no absolute answer to what counts as an e s g stock. There are dozens of different scoring systems, and there's no agreement on how to do it. So when you see the chairman in theannual report going on about how great they are on their environmental issues, take a look at the other two because they don't do very well on the others. You can almost always find what you want.
