Am, i think something that really struck me about this book is that ta is really known for its sort of alergy to critique. The book is not a polemic, and i didn't want it to be. Am teis an industry, a lot of people in tech, teksan industry where am leaders are not just sensitive to criticism, but i would say, actively hostile to criticism. And we're seeing that right nowy. My feeling is that this is largely because am the industry went uncriticised by most people for so long.
