Is Astzanthen in the Lobster Shell?

Pigmit, pigment, will make its way from the lobster skin into the lobsters shell. I don't know how it gets there. That's a biologist question. So they eat astzanthen, i think it's present plants and other things that they eat. And when the pigment is in the shell, it is actually bound to a protein. The red color, once it gets bound up by that protein, shifts to blue or black.
