How to Estimate the Value of Your Home Using Real Estate Data

How much data do you have to give it? Like suppose I want to try to estimate the value of my house. Well, that's a tough question. There's no simple answer. It depends on the difficulty of the task. And typically regression would say, okay, if I predict that the 10% plus or minus, that's maybe good enough for my application. If you want to be super accurate, you need more data. But the question of how much is that it's really hard to, to answer without really trying and using actual data.
