But what we've only spoken about thus far matthew, is negative feedback,. where the effect negates, or does the opposite of the stimulus. Goes too high, brings it day, and goes to low, brings it up. There is also sent the cood, positive feedback, which is not as common as negative feedback but it uses the exact same mechanisms.
