We Did Not Use the Machine for Cremation
It was used a lot during the covid pandemic last year when numbers of dead were reaching record levels in India. But since then its use has dropped significantly. The assistant engineer says there is a lack of awareness that the facility actually exists and not many people know that it's there. There are also other issues that have stopped people using it as we found out when asked them at the crematorium.
