I, I Don't Think Anybody Really Thinks of Him as an Illegitimate President

I don't think there are a lot of people, even democrats, who are sitting around gnashing their teeth, thinking that gore should have been president. I mean, this is what checks and balances are all about. This is just an incredible system. And nobody has been able to copy us as as well as we came up with it.
