In 2019, Eric created a rubric that differentiated what tasks were good for machines and which were better suited for humans. To do this, they looked at a database called ONET, the online network data set that covers 964 occupations. He also shares why it's not enough to simply invest more in education, but why we must reinvent education to prepare the generation to come with skills that complement machines.
