A lot of people get trapped in this mindset where they're like, well, I've done a lot and achieved a lot. And before I must be great, survivorship bias is another way of articulating that. That's not a representation of the fact that you're great. You only can truly understand the machine from building the machine. Unfortunately, founders don't live in a reality or world where they're able to experience that.
