How to Get People to Watch Your Videos

Spencer Johnson: The first thing I tell people to focus on is can you get people to watch that video. Then once you get them to click into it are they actually going to watch it all the way through or at least half of it? That's the hardest thing that sometimes we have to deal with is like okay well I just made a really great video but now they're not watching any of my other stuff. So do you want to find me anywhere that's probably where I'm at. Yeah there's a lot of nuance to it for sure.
