Is There a Plan and Not Quite Enough Time?

The science has been telling us very clearly, particularly since Copenhagen, that this is the decade in which action needs to be taken. The cumulative effect of all the greenhouse gases that have gone before means we effectively are cementing in a bad future for young people now and future generations as yet unborn. And there is a plan and there is not quite enough time, but there is enough time to make a difference.
