If people are negative and the's a negative vibe, you're going to have lower productivity, higher employee turnover. Your costs are going to be higher. And ultimately, you're not going to be as creative as you mention,. or as agile, or whatever ogt to, you know, ultimately have your performance be optimized exactly, exactly, you know. Ah, plus, isn't it just a better way be isn't it nice to look at the mirror in olan mirror and say, you know the kind of person you are?
