Is There a Transparency in AI?

There have been other examples in which systems that provided information to people were corrupted through some other external force. Laws were enacted and that's how things got better when kids' television programming really blew up in the 80s. It required policy interventions. This is not just police about toys, this is beliefs about what's true. A systemic problem can have a systemic solution.
