The Importance of High Deliberative Thinking

High deliberative doesn't have to be in the moment. It can be pre work that is done thought that is done knowing these questions are going to come up. I coached a leader that would think through that. His best way of being able to prepare for a conversation was to think about all the different ways that conversation could go.
