The Father Never Controls His Sons
The father is good simply because he never controls his two sons. He allows him to make the decision as an adult and to experience the cnsequences of bad decision, even though it was a bad decision. The word authority in greek is exusia which literally means out of being o you have authority over your kids. Out of being who you are as a loving parent or mother. When you love your kids and you responsibly care for their well being, automatically they will respect you.
