Is Eritrea Playing More Bad Cop in This Semi-Cease Fire?

There's been this peace agreement since 2 November 2022. But it's clearly not being followed by either of the governments who have the power, the Eritrean or the Ethiopian government. And in the process, I don't know, a really promising, really beautiful part of the world might end up destroyed.
