How to Get Noticed When You Speak English

In general, we want to be noticed in a good way, but it's never 100%. For example, let's say you're sending resumes. If the resume is also good, you might get an interview. You don't need 100%. You just need, as I said, 50% will give you huge success. Even if half the companies hate it, if the other half like it, you will get a huge number of interviews. It's fine. When you get attention, you will have success and failure both. Just get used to it and accept it. Same thing when you speak English; use a loud voice.
