Block Chain

When does it make sense to use a block chain and when does it not? So block chain is a nation of different technologies. What people are trying to do is use that very specialized set for their own problem. But the block chain at least as conceived in bitcoin, is not generalized at allit's a very specific set. It's purposelly expensive, it's purposely slow. To utilize it for almost anything else just doesn't make it's too fast or too slow. For something like health care on the block chain, it makes no sense whatever. All o the data is in the clear in a block chain,.
