Sally Kohn: I was listening to raise the bar with Ellie Webb and she was just like, so many people did not get that she was going to start a salon that just does blowouts. People were like, I don't even know what that is. And now she has hundreds of stores everywhere. So many people have now played off that idea. She says it's fun if you let it be. The problem is we put so much pressure on ourselves in our 20s and 30something years. We need to find who we are meant to be.
