The Importance of Preliminary Work to Deliver Services to Patients

We meet with practices 15 to 18 weeks even before we are going into the practices to do any sort of evaluation to understand how they work. Do they use Locums, others Locums on site? Do those Locums work remotely in different parts of the country? How are they serviced for IT and hardware? So, you know, what equipment do they use? Do they use their own devices? How do they remote in? There's lots of things we consider in the preliminary work before we even get to the stage where we have the device allocation proposed. And then that will then determine what we propose to them and how we install those solutions into that practice.
