Diversity inclusion has to be present in the representation in that boardroom and in that sea suite. Where there are gaps in diverse representation, there has to be clear focus on ways in which you're going to build that pipe line over time. Don't keep going to the same place s to recruit a if you really want to mix things up. And i take saing really communicating well andinternally.
