I think in 2019, I did like 23 different countries. The key for me, the only reason why I travel to begin with is for people. And even when I was traveling a lot, it was less so like 24 hours in one place. It'd be like a week or three weeks or four weeks or more. So I'll tell you what the difference has been. I have my routine no matter where I go. I eat my macros, I find a place to work out. But we've been our most first team for the last three years. We have the core team about five of us together and then kind of 36 around the world, 45 people.
