I'm a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and I'll Be in the Corporate Sector at Some Point in the Future.

Matt: I'm completing my master's degree in human resources management. When I get out of the military if for whatever reason we're not able to immediately launch on to our five plan, I need to take a job in the corporate sector or I decide I want to. At that time I think I would have a bit of that inferiority complex due to the fact that my leadership experience with leading people and leading teams to accomplish missions will outweigh the depth of my knowledge in the civilian sector. So it's kind of a weird spot to be at. It's not entirely easy to find these jobs but there is a lot to unpack here.
