CNN's John Defterios says social media is constantly being nudged by corporations. He was speaking at the Conservative Political Action Committee conference in London. The group has been accused of trying to silence conservative voices on Twitter and other sites. But he said they have a right to air their views as long as they don't violate Google AdSense rules.
