The Third Strand of Happiness
Happiness will mean different things in different cultures. And I think that's reflected in the positive psychology. The final evolution, which has only happened over the last couple of years is about what's called psychological richness. So if your life were a movie, would it be interesting? What's the most exciting decision you can make as a character in that movie? That's been the sort of third strand of happiness for me.
