We're not o sure exactly how the taliban nto govern, but i think the humanitarian crisis is going to put a lot of pressure on the international community. The uens human rights chief, michel bachele, was also in geneva, and she said in contradiction to assurances that the talaban would uphold women's rights. Over the past three weeks, women have instead been progressively excluded from the public sphere. In the first four weeks of their government, it looks like they're still run by hard liners, and they haven't changed that much.
