Strength Training Is the Primary Driver for Longevity

strength is an important metric to measure for longevity. We use grip strength as a proxy to measure, you know, someone's strength in comparison to other people in the group and then look at the mortality rates. Those with the best grip strength have the longest life spans. Weakness is never a weakness. Anything that made me weaker, I was very quick to take that out of my program. It compromises metabolic function and impedes the anabolic response from training.
