I think the message is a great one you know I think that among our listeners that are either working within um you know the workplace as the head of L&D or indeed within universities colleges schools. And often these go hand in hand that that kind of necessary horizon gazing and optimism and I really like that idea of informed optimism and I think that's a great message to to leave our listeners with so thank you very much James for your time today.
