When you're grateful, even when it's rumpy, gratitude is so powerful. It changes the mood. I have yet to see this and not be true. Might be the closest thing we have to a quick fix and a cureal well. And as le are trying to re have a rebirth in their lives right now, i've never seen anything like the number of peopleof being confronted with that reality. This is what will give us the energy and the insight to be able to do that work. Give us a final word, no pressure.
Greg's first guest is his wife, Anna – listen in as they go back in time to the start of Essentialism, on that day when Greg realized he got it all wrong. Greg and Anna discuss the importance of family, gratitude, and not over-extending yourself and your time in order to create a positive home environment.
