It basically means that you can have a smart contract this computer programm that kinch rolls adigital asset andi in code. And so slakcad decided to launch a d a o for their decentralized v c fund. So people could apply the d a O would a vote on which projects were worth investing. But then an attacker stole about four million eith from the dol. Voluntarily stopped after stealing the whole thing; it's not intentional.
