What Is Web Three Point O?

All the really large companies that were created on the whip are really just data basis, gigantic data bases. All of a sudden we have permissionless data, and we even have permissionless interaction with that data through code. And what has people like myself excited about this is they werelik, hey, this thing that was missing from the web would give us permisson less publishing. So all of a sudden, out of the blue, by putting together some existing technologies in a novel way, the satashy bit coined white paper was like, hey, here's a way to have a data base like a ledger.
