For me, it started in 20 14. We're three kil founders. Each one of us has their own journey that brought them to where wilko is to day. And eventually, wilko is the synthesis of this vision of three different people. It's not about taking juniors from one to a hundred, but you don't really have a way to practise throughout your career. You know, going back to the flight scimulator analogy, it doesn't matter how many years of experience you have, or how many hours offlight your logging every week, you still have to go through the simulator.
