Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

Ocid is an obsession and the compulsion, which is already part work, part language. There usually is repressed anger that there wasn't a a parent or other figure that could hold that anger and allow it to be witnessed. And there also tends to be a lot of shame. The key is in the wordin right? Obsessive, compulsive. Ocasl we stop in our tracks. We're not looking to parents here. It's just to yo know, through research how can left on, un blame get toxic.
