If you were to pick a self contained area that has no extradition treaty with the united states, which one would it be? Could i invent the lack of an extradition treaty? Or dost have to be one that actually has no extradition? Lets do both versions of the cok. None of the countries without extradition treaties really called to me. I don't know if it's a manifestation of guilt thi sort of subconscious desire to be caught and to face consequences. But yet, it would not be difficult for these people to flee, and yet they usually don't....
