A lot of times people think, why get triggered? Cause i'm just so not available. Ih've so much armor of the false self around me that you can't even touch the real self. The more reflections of other people we have, the harder it is to transcend that. We're constantly getting reflections back from other people who are looking at us and don't see through the shiny exterior. It's very rare that anybody is going to see us completely.
