The Importance of Educating Clients
I think we all, three of us have had the same type of experience that we have to educate the client all the time and we're finding new ways to do that. And I'm using a lot of sketches and visual presentations nowadays to do exactly the same thing. But it would be nicer if I didn't have to spend all that time explaining why I'm doing this stuff.
