Head Impacts and Head Acceleration - What's the Biggest Opportunity?

In the next six to 18 months, those mouthguards will shrink in size. And then there'll be no reasonable explanation or excuse not to wear them. I would love to be in a position one day where every player has to wear an instrumented technologically advanced mouthguard. That is the biggest opportunity to change the understanding of heading impacts and head acceleration.
