If basically everything in you serium is unconjugated billy reuben, like you said, it means it's likely a himelytic disorder. It could be some medications like rifampin, which we spoke about last episode. Or it could be inherited genetic disorders like gi gilberson, gilbers cindrome or cragle and a jar sindrome. So this is kind of the billery excretion problem. Now, when you go to the intra hepatic then it becomes a lot more complicated. But i think if you look at those two distinctions from the pre in the post, it's a good starting point to then figure out other
