Are You in Competition With Your Employer?

Employers are in competition with employers for the best employees. And so you may go to your employer and say, 'I've found a better job' You could choose to accept it because they sweeten the pot. So do what you've said you're going to do. Do what you've agreed to do. But your loyalty is to yourself, to your life and to your family to do what's best for for your family.
