Is There a Privacy Trade-Off?

I don't actually think there are any sort of real privacy trade-offs. I think we could do this in a way that it's almost completely. The point is not to maintain something like your credit card score for your health. That thing would be a bad thing. Or at least it's unnecessary anyway. It's more is just to collect data in bulk and to be able to discover patterns, but without even being able to work back who has what disease or that sort of thing. We can get 90% of the way there without sacrificing almost any of our privacy.
