Is This a Good Novel?

The prose isn't difficult at all. I found it to be quite a breezy read and I don't read fiction very quickly usually. Some of the chapters are pretty heavy with the kind of economic and the political sort of theory and the technical stuff, but then there are some chapters where there's a lot of window dressing initially. The author did a good job of presenting these kind of like interlocking forces in such a way that it becomes obvious to the reader what the contradictions are. So I think the author did a great job there.
